Sweet Potato Hash– Make a bunch of me ahead of the week and put me in everything

2 Sweet Potatoes Diced into teenie cubes
Bake Potatoes at 375 for 20 minutes flipping every 10 minutes
3 red peppers diced into teenie cubes
3 onions yellow diced into teenie cubes
1 tblspn fresh rosemary
Mix All together with 1 tspn of salt and pepper


Boil and reduce oats. Add in a little salt, honey, goji berries, seeds of choice (hemp, flax, chia), vanilla. Top with berries, bananas, and more seeds!

Cashew Pancake Mix

4.5 Cups Cashew
15 Eggs
1 tblsp baking soda
1/2 cup coconut flour
1/3 tapioca starch
1 cup maple syrup
3/4 cup coconut oil
2 cans of coconut milk
1 tblspn cinnamon
2 teaspoons of vanilla

Put in Food Processor for 10 Minutes

Egg White Scramble

Egg Whites, Pepper, Onion, Mushroom, Salt, Pepper. Scramble. Serve with Toast and Jam or Hot Sauce

Coconut Wrap Black Bean Hash Burrito

Sautee Hash and Black Beans till hot, add greens till slightly wilted. Put in Wrap with Salsa and Avocado.

Avocado Toast

Cut Avocado in Half. Remove Pit. Mince 1/8 Red Onion and 1/2 Seeded Jalapeno. Put Chipotle Aioli inside avocado hole. Top with onion pepper mix a quick squeeze of lime juice, honey, salt, pepper and paprika. Serve with toast.

Hash Bowl

Sautee garlic, hash, and black beans till hot. Add in greens till slightly wilted. Serve with toast on the side and top with avocado and your choice of hot sauce, salsa, chipotle aioli or other topping of choice.

Breakfast Sandwich

Top toast with hash, tomatoes, avocado, egg whites, black beans, sauce of choice

Smoothie Bowl

Make a delicious smoothie, but a bit thicker than usual. Top with granola, berries, banana, seeds of choice.

Smoothies should always consist of milk base- coconut or cashew, have lots of yummy fruits (play around with mango and pineapple), greens, seeds, protien powder,  a thickener like banana or avocado, and a juice to brighten it up. Orange and pineapple are great. But lime and lemon are fun to play with as well.

Top your yogurt with granola, berries, seeds, and other yummies
