Easy Homemade Nut Milks

Cashews 3 cups if hemp milk use 2 cups hemp seeds
6 dates pitted
1/2 cup coconut oil

optional- 1 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp salt
then add 5 cups water
blend on high till creamy
then strain through nut milk bag or fine mesh strainer
